Last night I read something that asked.... “Where were you today, two years ago?” So much can unfold in two years.

This weekend was one of releasing emotions and self-care. When the shadows of the world can feel overwhelming, what do you do to find balance?

This weekend I attended a Zoom workshop with a life coach, Dan Mason of Creative Soul Coaching. It felt amazing to wake up on a Saturday morning in quarantine to invest in myself.
