Supporters of the monster state – and a “living, breathing” Constitution – argue that it must be flexible to “change with the times.” Other people turn a blind eye to violations of the Constitution because they like the program being implemented, or don’t want to oppose their preferred party or politician.
All these people choose to ignore repeated warnings from the founders about the danger of this. On this episode, Michael Boldin covers what five Founders had to say over a number of decades.
