At Home Spa Day Itinerary
8:00 AM - Wake Up and Hydrate
- Start your day with a glass of warm water with lemon to hydrate and detoxify your body.
8:30 AM - Light Breakfast
- Enjoy a light, healthy breakfast such as a smoothie bowl, yogurt with fruit, or avocado toast.
9:00 AM - Gentle Yoga or Stretching
- Spend 30 minutes doing gentle yoga or stretching to wake up your muscles and calm your mind. Mady Morrison Youtube
9:30 AM - Meditation and journaling what you want your day to bring you. You could also do a voice recording or a video recording
10:00 AM - Facial Treatment
- Start with a gentle cleanser to clean your face.
- Follow with an exfoliating scrub to remove dead skin cells.
- Apply a facial mask suited to your skin type (hydrating, purifying, etc.).
- Finish with a toner and a moisturizer.
10:30 AM - Aromatherapy Shower
- Take a warm shower using aromatherapy bath products like lavender or eucalyptus to relax and refresh. Soak in the bath for 20-30 minutes.
11:30 AM - Manicure and Pedicure
- Soak your hands and feet in warm water with bath salts or essential oils.
- Trim and file nails, push back cuticles, and apply your favorite nail polish.
- Massage hands and feet with a nourishing lotion.
- Enjoy a light, nutritious lunch such as a salad, wrap, or soup.
-Get or give yourself a massage
- Find a comfortable spot and read a book or listen to an audiobook while you relax.
- Apply a deep conditioning hair mask or treatment to nourish your hair.
- Let it sit for the recommended time, then rinse out.
- Spend 15-20 minutes meditating to calm your mind and center yourself.
- Enjoy a healthy snack like fresh fruit, nuts, or a smoothie.
5:00 PM - Gentle Walk or Stretch
- Take a gentle walk outside or do a short stretching routine to unwind.
- Have a light and healthy dinner, such as grilled fish with vegetables or a quinoa salad.
7:00 PM - Movie or Relaxing Activity
- Watch a relaxing movie, do some light reading, or engage in a hobby you enjoy.
8:30 PM - Herbal Tea and Wind Down
- Enjoy a cup of herbal tea, such as chamomile or peppermint, to help you relax before bed.
9:00 PM - Bedtime Routine
- Follow your usual bedtime skincare routine.
- Reflect on your day, perhaps journaling about your experience and how you feel.
- Aim for a good night's sleep to feel fully rejuvenated.
