Praying that we will trust in the Almighty, El Shaddai, who is able and willing to heal us from worry and anxiousness. As you join in prayer, invite the Holy Spirit to intercede on your behalf. Let go of your cares and worries, casting them upon the Lord. Trust that He will meet your basic needs and guard your heart against anxiety. Choose to be still and seek His guidance, for in His presence, worries fade away.

It is essential to remain sober-minded and watchful as the devil is always looking for an opportunity to influence our minds. The Bible does not mention not to do specific things, but it does warn us against being inebriated and influenced by the devil. Our mind is a powerful tool, and whatever has our mind can infiltrate or invade our life. Smoking marijuana was a stronghold that was eventually broken and here’s my testimony.

In this episode, the topic is "The In Between," which refers to the space between your old self and the manifestation of the new version of you. The Bible verse Hebrews 12:2 is referenced to highlight the importance of keeping our eyes on Jesus during this transitional period. Each person's in-between looks different based on their experiences, including joys, traumas, afflictions, and challenges. Pernessa shares her own in-between, which has taught her about Jehovah Jireh and the importance of knowing Jesus intimately. Like Jesus, who was situated between the extremes of the cross and the joy awaiting him, we are situated between our old selves and the new versions of ourselves that are yet to be manifested. The in-between phase is necessary for our personal resurrection and will ultimately lead to the greater works that God has planned for us. I hope this episode encourages listeners to focus on the bigger picture of what God has planned for us and to endure the personal cross in the in-between. 

 It is truly amazing to experience the transformation and freedom that comes from intimately allowing the Lord in those areas where we are incapable of fulfilling on our own. I have learned that having a personal and intimate relationship with Jesus and our Father is crucial, as they desire to heal and set us free. Under the old covenant, we were unable to enter into the presence of the Lord like we can now, and we were not able to have an intimate personal relationship with God our Father until Jesus came. In this  episode I just want to encourage you to  get personable because the God we serve is a personable God. 

Having a strong relationship with God our father is important, but it all starts with having a relationship with Jesus Christ. Many people may view Jesus as an unnecessary middleman, but in truth, He is the gatekeeper who allows us to have direct access to our Heavenly Father. Without Jesus, we cannot have an intimate relationship with God. Rejecting the knowledge of Jesus can lead to destructive behaviors, such as low self-esteem and harmful actions towards loved ones. However, seeking Jesus and having a genuine desire to know Him can lead to intimate encounters and a greater understanding of God and ourselves. Through Jesus, we can gain clarity, wisdom, understanding, and revelation about the Father and His kingdom. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the light, and seeking Him for ourselves is the key to a fulfilling relationship with God.

In this episode, the anchor scripture is Psalm 139, which reveals how deeply and intimately God knows and loves us. With so many identity issues and social media comparisons, it can be easy to feel inadequate. However, verse one reminds us that God knows us better than we know ourselves. He understands our thoughts, comprehends our path, and is acquainted with all our ways. Verse 13 tells us that God formed our inward parts and covered us in our mother's womb. We are fearfully and wonderfully made, and all the days of our lives are fashioned for us in God's book. He knows our thoughts intimately, and there is no hiding from Him. When we wake, we are still with Him. Take time to sit in stillness, read, and digest Psalm 139, and be encouraged by how much God loves and knows you.

In this Episode, Pernessa talks about how Obedience to God is not simply a list of rules to follow, but rather a path to living a blessed life and  becoming a blessing to others. She talks about Deuteronomy 11:26-28 and how it teaches that when we obey God's commandments, we open ourselves up to receiving blessings in return.Obedience is not a prerequisite for God's love. However, the Bible makes it clear that God's love is unconditional and not based on our actions. God's love is not dependent on our obedience but on His grace.
