Jacqueline is a New York Times bestselling author and the Founder of Acumen, with which she aims to change the way the world tackles poverty. They speak about Jacqueline’s journey - starting her career in the old system of leadership and business, and how it led her to wanting to change the system. Jacqueline proposes a new kind of leadership called ‘moral leadership’, where we hold opposing tensions and emphasise the ‘we’ over the ‘I’. Finally, they speak about how each of us can contribute to a new vision of leadership by changing the way we define success, and how we can each give more than we take.

In the seventh episode, Tamar speaks with Bert van Son, Founder of the circular fashion company MUD Jeans. MUD Jeans is one of the pioneering fashion companies that is seeking to change the fashion industry from being extractive to being circular, fair and sustainable. Tamar and Bert speak about the complexities across the whole supply chain, how change is possible, and what each of us can do to contribute to this new vision of the industry. In aflevering 2 zit Tamar samen met actrice, zangeres en sociologe Yootha Wong-Loi-Sing om te praten over racisme. Tamar spreekt met auteur en voormalig BNN presentator/programmamaker Dennis Storm. Dennis heeft onlangs zijn nieuwe boek uitgegeven “Als Gezond Verstand Koning Was”, waarin hij zich afvraagt hoe het toch kan dat we zo veel consumeren als samenleving, terwijl we zien wat voor negatieve gevolgen dit heeft voor het klimaat.
