It's Friday and today we celebrate. Fridays are the perfect day to reconnect with your intention and celebrate your wins from the week.

This week we took time to exhale into our bodies and be present with pain. My pain was in my hip and as I listened a word floated out in front of me. I invited the class to resist the urge to process mentally and instead hold it in your heart. This is what happened for me.

Hello loves!

It's a brand new session and we're starting with a brand new word, but first I shared simple more insights into our More Challenge. They keep rolling in. How about you? Are you feeling your favorite self more and more since we finished up.

Our new word was inspired by our Outhe Your Nervous System Workshop coming up March 8. It's a pranayama (breath work) and gentle movement with some restorative poses scattered in.

Hello loves!

Two days in a row?!?! I was online last night, scrolling of course and came a cross a few things that made me pause.

Our numbers are growing so I wanted to welcome the new people and give everyone a little update of who we are and how we're reaching out to more and more people, many of whom never get on the mat.

As I was scrolling I got into several beautiful conversations about what's going on in the US and had several people say "What Are We Going To Do?" I don't have all the answers, but I have some ideas. Help me figure out more as we move forward. Our job is to open our hearts, love one another and find our magic and joy.

Hello loves!

It's taken me a while to process our 21 day challenge AND to make all the technical glitches work.

So, I took a week off and I'm back with a lot of thoughts about our More Challenge and about strengthening community

Community is going to be more and important moving forward. So, I've stepped back to invest more in our community. I hope you're joining us for more dancing, gardening, policies and Soothing Breath and movement workshop March 8.

Happy Monday Loves!

I woke up with gratitude in my heart. My body feels great, my heart is open and I'm feeling joy mixed with some freedom. My brain is able to focus and be present with what's true.

The More challenge has brought me back to eating More of what I know makes my body/mind/spirit feel good.

We're all different. I know that veggies and protein in the morning and my carbs in the evening makes me feel great. What is it for you?

This week take time to be present with how food makes you feel. When you notice something that makes you feel good, eat more of that. Something makes you feel crappy? Eliminate this week.

We're right in the middle of the More Challenge and I've been thinking about when I was my most favorite version of myself. I think, it was the times in my life when I was most creative.

Last week I encouraged you to identify the limiting beliefs that are holding you back from being your favorite version of yourself. Today, I share what I discovered about myself.

My a-ha discovery is leading me towards what might feel like something more limiting, but is actually a big part of the path towards freedom, joy and peace. Those make me my favorite version of myself. What words make you think of your favorite self?

We're in the first full week of More Challenge and I've been listening to Marie Forleo's book, Everything is Figureoutable. I'm in the part where she talks about limiting and scarcity beliefs and it made me think about mindset and that's what we're really doing here, right? We're doing the things we know to do to help us shift our limiting beliefs to help us be our favorite version of ourselves. The actions come after the midset shifts.

Good Morning Loves!

I'm in the middle of processing so much and I want to invite you to join me for a big Heal challenge. Starting Saturday, I invite you to Do More Of What You Know To Do. We're going to move our bodies more, eat what makes us feel good, body/mond/spirit, connect more, read more, be vulnerable more and all the things that you know to do that makes you feel like your favorite you.

In the recording I keep saying start Friday and then there was a technical glitch, so we start Satiruday!

Good Morning Loves

Today is one month since Steve died. I'm focusing our word Heal and I found something lovely about this full moon and cancer (our sign) and how it resonated with me in this big anniversary.

I've done a lot of death in the last five months and I'm fully aware that it's going to get a lot harder and a lot easier. The fief will come and go, but this full moon I'm focusing on letting go and not hold things so preciously, so that I can heal.
