Rosa has a carefree life until her black-sheep-of-the-family Uncle Julio comes to New Orleans from Havana. Unbeknownst to Rosa, Julio is one of the CIA's Top 10 Most Wanted, and the CIA recruits her to spy on him for them, as he tries to use Rosa as part of a plot to assassinate a US Senator.
