Once again The Rock is on Smackdown just 3 weeks before WrestleMania. In a promo posted on X earlier today, “The People’s Champion” calls out “Mama Rhodes” stating that she will get a belt handed to her at WrestleMania, just not the Universal Championship. This spawns from Cody Rhodes’ promo on Monday Night Raw where he stated that he isn’t able to give the belt to Dusty Rhodes but he will be able to give the title to his Mother. Has The Rock been over utilized through this program to WrestleMania? Is it too much in too little time? Or have they under utilized one of the most popular faces in the entire world?

After months of speculation, Mercedes Moné made her shocking debut Wednesday on AEW Dynamite “Big Business”  in front of her hometown crowd in Boston. The show ended with her helping Willow Nightingale  fend off Julia Hart  and Skye Blue. Do we see her immediately enter the AEW Women’s Championship picture? Will she go after the TBS title first? Did the landscape of the AEW Women’s division drastically shift? Or will Mercedes Mone’s AEW run just be a flash in the pan moment of her career?

Howie Roseman is up to his old tricks and is feverishly improving the Philadelphia Eagles. So far in Free Agency the Eagles have signed Saquon Barkley, Bryce Hall, and brought back old friend CJ Gardner-Johnson. The biggest splash of that group obviously is Saquon Barkley who signed a 3 year, $37.75 million contract that could be worth up to $46.75M and includes $26M fully guaranteed at signing. The Eagles have also signed WR DeVante Parker, IOL Matt Hennessy, LB Zack Baun, and also extended DE Brandon Graham. Free Agency is far from over, what will Howie Roseman do next? The Philadelphia Sixers split a two game stink against the New York Knicks this week and have the Milwaukee Bucks next on the schedule. Tyrese Maxey returned from his concussion symptoms but couldn’t lead the Sixers past the Knicks Monday night. The Sixers are still without Joel Embiid as he works back from injury.

Do you agree or disagree with Flyers coach John Tortorella being suspended two games for unprofessional conduct? The NHL handed down a 2 game suspension to Flyers head coach John Tortorella. In the 1st Period, John Tortorella voiced his displeasure on a Tripping Penalty handed out to defenseman Ronnie Attard. NHL Referee Wes McCauley heard enough for Torts and threw him out of the game about midway through the 1st Period. The guys are going to give their opinions and tell you if this was the right move by the NHL. The Flyers will be hosting the Sharks at the Wells Fargo Center Tuesday Night. This will be the first game of Tortorella's suspension. The game will be on the back end of the 3rd period as the guys jump on the air. The Sharks took the first game of the season series by a score of 2-1.

Saquon Barkley and Bryce Huff have reached agreements with the Philadelphia Eagles! The Barkley move comes as a pretty big surprise as it’ll be the first time Howie Roseman signs a running back to a big contract. Was this a smart move by him, or will he regret giving a running back a second contract? Also, is the Huff signing pointing to an eventual trade of either Josh Sweat and/or Haason Reddick? Your hosts over at Eagles Talk will discuss this and any possible free agent signings the Eagles could or should make.

Signing new players wasn’t the only big news of the day for the Eagles, though! They gave a 4-year contract extension to their star Offensive Guard Landon Dickerson. The former second round pick becomes the highest paid Guard is the NFL, at least for now. With Dickerson’s spot secured, what does this mean for the Eagles’ approach for the rest of the offensive line this offseason? And does this mean an extension for DeVonta Smith is coming soon as well?

Jason Kelce press conference - Eagles Legend Jason Kelce Announces Retirement! Is he a first-ballot Pro Football Hall of Famer? Dive into the debate as we explore Kelce's illustrious career, his impact on the game, and the case for his Hall of Fame induction. Don't miss this in-depth analysis on one of the NFL's most revered players!

With the completion of the 2024 NFL Combine, several draft prospects should be intriguing options for the Philadelphia Eagles. One notable prospect is Texas WR Xavier Worthy, who set the NFL Combine record for the 40-yard dash by running it in 4.21 seconds. Some are comparing him to former Eagles WR DeSean Jackson and hinting that Worthy could be a prospect the Eagles have their eyes on early. Would drafting him, or one of the other highly-touted WR prospects, with their 1st or 2nd round pick be a smart move for the Eagles? Or are there too many other needs for them to consider a WR that early?

In other news, some reports came out speculating that Fletcher Cox will most likely be retiring. If so, how big of a loss is that? Does that make the interior defensive line a huge need? In addition, there are other reports saying there is a strong chance that former Eagles safety Chauncey Gardner-Johnson could be returning to the team. His departure turned out to be a huge turn of events last offseason, and it is believed that a reunion is in the best interest of both sides. Would you want Gardner-Johnson to return?
