This weekend, instead of doing the “usual”, challenge yourself and plan on doing something different, something productive. Whether it be getting outside and enjoying the weather, starting that book you’ve been meaning to read, getting that project you’ve been putting off forever done... I challenge you to break from your routine and comfort zone and do something that will benefit you both physically and mentally. I hope wherever you are that you are safe, healthy, and happy.
