He may have been in softball for over 20 years, but he also has done stuff outside softball like serving the military, being a professor, and engaging in real estate. In this episode, Aaron shares his journey and experiences in being a softball coach. He also talks about what parents should do to help their children in achieving what they want to achieve. With his years of experience in softball, he shares life advice to young coaches.
