2021 is the first year AASuccess introduced the Mental Health Retreat, with the purpose of helping students to feel refreshed and rejuvenated, as well as leaving them with a better mental state. Coming out from the retreat, patience for obstacles was reset and students improved their coping mechanisms. In this episode, students share their memories of the retreat and what they take away from it.
