Baseball season is in full swing. But imagine if there were no rules. The pitcher could throw from ten feet away. The batter could take as many strikes as he wants, waiting for the perfect pitch. It would be utter chaos, and certainly take away from the quality of the game. The church needs a certain amount of structure and order too. And today on Abounding Grace that rises to the surface in our study of First Corinthians.

We’re in Acts chapter six today, and notice that We is the language of ministry. As believers in Christ we’re a part of a team. And we function best when we’re all working together toward a common goal of glorifying Jesus and serving Him.
