Abq Three Angels Church

This week on the podcast we are discussing Lesson 9, Living Wisely. This week will be looking at the importance of keeping your eyes focused on God. In this lesson we see Paul talking to the newly converted about avoiding temptation and moving past sin. The environment that they are in is quite similar to where we are today in our society. The comparisons of immorality, false words, and the changing of meanings are present in this age just as it was in the time Paul spoke. We learn that if we keep focus on God, allow his light to be our guide, and partake in the Holy Spirit, we can overcome and keep from stumbling.

This week on the podcast we are starting a brand new quarterly titled Ephesians. We will take a brief look at the entire book to give us an idea of the topics we will be covering for the next 14 weeks. In this first lesson we talk about Paul the evangelist and what his main purpose was for writing the book Ephesians in the first place. These lessons are very applicable to us today in our own local churches. Ephesians is a Christ centered and Christ saturated letter that is urging those who read this book to reignite their spiritual commitment today.

This week on the podcast Elder Nick continues our discussion on the Seal of God and the Mark of the Beast. History often repeats itself and there will come a time when religious freedoms will be challenged and our faith tested. Gods Seventh-day Sabbath has always been an object of Satans attack and as we move forward, every person will have a choice to make as to whom they will worship and what side they identify with. Will it be the mark of the beast or the seal of God?
