Today’s Abraham Hicks quote is a tricky one! What is being said is that anything that is scaring you right now is just a result of energy you held in the past. So don’t really be scared because you’ll just propagate the fear. The fear gives you clarity because if you are scared you can define what you DON’T like about the situation, which means if you sit down with pen and paper, you can think about the opposite of the situation to start defining what you do want. As you define what you do want it becomes possible to start moving your energy in that direction to manifest what you want. In addition, if you are scared it’s also a signal that you are NOT in the receiving mode, so it serves as a nudge for you to shift your focus.
