So we learn how to practice Law of Attraction by the book...meaning we need to know our energy so we can deliberately choose a new energy and practice that so we can achieve what we want. However, this whole process can be a journey and on that journey there is a lot of freedom and flexibility. It’s all about learning how to feel better in the moment so we can increase our vibration and attract feel-good things. So really, on this path we need to ask ourselves if we have any ideas on how to make our self feel better. Using our mind and memory to flex an emotion is ONE way. But it’s totally OK to have some outside help.
