Whatever we look at we point our energy at. I like to say we see whatever we look at. Or whatever we shine our flashlight on, we see. Whatever we see, we react to emotionally (99% of the time) and as we are emotional we include the energy of the subject in our energy and then we continue to propagate (manifest) that same energy.
