High pressure. High conflict. High stress. Today, too many leaders believe that these states are not just natural, but inevitable. But nothing could be further from the truth.

Through my ongoing work as an Executive Coach, I aim to challenge these accepted norms, and provide insight and solutions through the lens of neuroscience.

I am passionate about helping others understand our multi-layered, magical minds, so we can build great relationships, increase our productivity and become better leaders - all by maximising our energy, not our time.

Based on my unique perspective as both a medical doctor and Executive Coach, in 2023 I published 'Five Brain Leadership' to provide a practical, comprehensive guide to help us decode and harness the true potential of our brains. This followed on from my TEDx talk on the same topic which took place in Prague a few months prior.

I believe Five Brain Leadership provides a solid framework to liberate limiting beliefs and fixed mindsets, and allow readers to explore their own depths and alter their most primal programming, in ways that can be applied to the business world, personal development and beyond.
