In the midst of healing, I (Tiffany) am finding that I continue to try and figure out how to navigate my life and my mind with every day that I am given. There may not be a clear path but I am sure of myself with every step I take. Still, there are struggles I face, but healing has given me the tools I need to navigate through it all. I love you, and yes, you are where you need to be.

Known mainly as psychological abuse, emotional abuse is a form of abuse where emotions of the victim are manipulated and the outcome results in the victim feeling a loss in the sense of their self conception and/or independence. As Tyler and I (Tiffany) discuss our own personal experience in being in an emotionally abusive relationship, we shed light on our journey after getting out of it.
