Starting the new year off in a healthy way is always good. I sat down with my friend, Health Coach Mary Ellen Zung, to talk about sugar, processed foods, meat and veggies, to see what we need to eat to live well in 2020. Bananas? Carbs? Meat?
We also discuss two cleanses she is offering. This is not the type of cleanse that has you not eating, buying specific products, or depleting calories. Not my jam. This is a cleanse that has you eating as much as you want, just taking a thing or two out of your diet.
