Sy is still struggling but accomplished some good goals in spite of stupid depression being stupid and insomnia. Anna wasn't as productive as she could have been (yet again) but got the necessities done, so whatever. She has set more goals for next week.

Sy had a stressful and expensive week as all her inanimate objects decided to fight back (ie - break). For next week, she has set a goal of trying to overcome her inner critic and find joy in painting again. Anna survived her final deadlines and really enjoyed her family visit, but is going to take the next week to relax/recover, celebrate her birthday, and enjoy her super clean house. 

The episode is late this week due to Sy's desktop getting borked. Anna is stressed with an impending visit by family and approaching deadlines. Sy is feeling a bit low as she ponders the meaning of life and her massive massive debt. Remember to be kind to yourself and to hydrate!

Anna struggled a bit this week - her battery has been low since getting back from IYWM and things will probably remain stressful until August. Awareness is key, and she'll get through it...but it's hard. Sy is doing great aside from that pesky insomnia thing.

Sy and Anna both had some struggles settling back into their "routines" (does Anna actually have a routine?) after their trips to visit friends/family and attend In Your Write Mind, but overall accomplished good things and are doing well. Aside from Sy's most recent bout with insomnia. Sorry, this episode is a bit late. Sy was convinced she posted it already. Insomnia lied.

In spite of how little time passed between hangouts, we had plenty to talk about this time. Sy finished recording her audiobook and finally got to buy her very first couch. Anna had a trash removal adventure, did a lot of work, and finally (she hopes) resolved her water leak issue. 

Sy is under a tight deadline for both the tarot card project she's involved in and the audiobook she's voicing. Once those targets are hit, she'll be golden. Anna was freaking about her upcoming trip but learned some stuff that calmed her down. Otherwise, she's suffering from a case of expensive adulting surprises but will muddle through.
