Opening statements in the 'Buried Secrets' Homicide Trial: Wisconsin v. Kevin Lychwick.

Lychwick is accused of killing his neighbor, Carlos Maldonado, in April 2024. His remains were found months later behind the complex, wrapped in a blue tarp and covered with debris.

Lychwick has chosen to represent himself; and if the remaining trial is anything like opening statements, it's going to be a steep uphill battle for the defense.
