***  Action Radio Show - 9/5/19 Introduction:  I covered a bunch of ground from the show topic to our potential lawsuit against Facebook/Google, to gun philosophy, and the Second Amendment in reverse.  I also provided a couple of times how exactly the President should be carrying openly at his rallies. 32:36 - This is where Wendy came in with the Art Report.  We went places we never expected to go: the art of guns, the art on guns, and future gun art.  This was hands down the best Art Report we have ever done, and easily the best part of the show today.  You just have to listen to the flood of new ideas I came up with. 1:07:00 - We had a long Art Report, which then led into a discussion of all the guns of our Presidents back to George Washington, particularly the carry guns.  Did you know Eleanor Roosevelt, liberal icon, had a carry permit and carried a gun.  The last hour had tons of information.  I started on the history of gun control laws.  I may finish that tomorrow.  Got up to the 1968 law, which JPFO reports came from a translation of 1930 Nazi gun laws.  It's amazing how much of our "gun control" laws, come from dictatorships, particularly the Nazi's. ***  Action Radio Show - 9/4/19 Introduction:  What a blistering half hour of intense liberty talk.  It's funny how I ask a question like the show title, is refusing to sell the means to exercise a right an infringement of that right, how people immediately go to the conditioned negative response.  You can't force stores to sell things they don't want to.  I know that.  I'm just exploring a new legal theory.  I don't have all the answers, but this is the only show who isn't afraid to ask questions where we don't have all the answers.  That's why I ask you the listener to participate and help come up with those answers.  I respect your intelligence and your ability to conceptualize complex constitutional issues.  The Introduction is a total exploration of the main question of the show. 32:22 - Josie, our Central/South American reporter and frequent caller checked in on whether Trump should openly carry a firearm at his rallies.  YES!!! 55:36 - Pianki joined us for a wide ranging discussion of our rights, also discussing that Trump should start carrying at rallies as well.  He had a brilliant idea that gun retailers should start selling "Big Box" goods like food and furniture.  Make the gun store the retail big box store of choice.  Pianki stayed for the rest of the show and we covered a ton of interesting subjects. 1:09:36 - This is when Billy who doesn't listen to the show, called in.  What followed for the rest of the show, was the most amazing interchange between Pianki and me, with Billy being brought in until he repeated himself needlessly. Action Radio Show.  9/3/19. ***  8/29/19.  Show Timeline.  Introduction:  This show could have been a disaster because I slept through my alarms and woke up 30 minutes before showtime.  Fortunately I had my show pretty well set in my mind.  I present the evidence for what a protected class is, what immutable characteristics are, what public accommodation is, and what is the liability for violating constitutional rights of free speech, free press, voter suppression and interstate commerce, and how Facebook/Google et al can be held liable for "ideological segregation."  This was in the first half hour and most of the last half hour. 30:00 - Wendy Arthur with the Art Report and I did probably the goofiest report ever.  Neither of us had our coffee today.  Wendy's main point was her Hard Rock Cafe offered the venue to young folks to try performing music.  This is great.  I wish they all did that.  Anyone knows of such a venue, Hard Rock Cafe or not, please contact Wendy through the Action Radio Art Project page on Facebook.  Don't ask how we started talking about Bugs Bunny and the Barber of Seville. 45:00 - Michael Volpe introduced us to Gary Hiles, whose father was a WW2 veteran, victim of friendly fire, and victim of a VA coverup of the incident his entire life, as the VA never properly documented the event or his injuries and complications from that event, so as to protect it seems those who made the initial mistakes that caused the friendly fire incident that killed and injured so many soldiers in this one unit. 1:34:50 - We got back to the main topic with definitions and actual laws we can use that defend our position that "ideology" is covered under public accommodation and liability under Title 42 of the US Code of laws.  Now we just have to write the bill!
