***  Can you get a fair trial in America today?  Not based on what I heard just now.  An amazing report on the John Giuca case of corruption, judge misconduct, hiding evidence, prosecutorial misconduct, and an incestuous criminal court system that is solely based on racking up as many convictions as possible, even when the defendants are innocent.  Even also when they are proven innocent over the course of years, to maintain the conviction based on fraud, the "system" has to maintain the fraud in a cover-up, so the crime really never ends, and innocent people have their lives stolen in prison.  Michael Volpe and Doreen Guiliano, John Giuca's mother, detailed much of the case starting 45 minutes in, but we still have more to go over.  We also started a judicial court reform bill that we will release to WriteYourLaws.com when its ready for comment.  I opened with a bunch of comments on Leftist gun grabbing, and then went over an article from Natural News on how doctors kill 64 times as many people as die from gunfire, and those include about 1/3 suicides. ***  Today the show was devoted to describing the psychology of the anti-gun nuts, and the agenda of the radical disarmament Left, as to why they feel the way they do, why they can hide or bury their true feelings, anger and hatred, and put them on gun owners, to blur any distinction between gun owners and murderers, such that if they take all the guns from gun owners, who are honest law abiding people, then there won't be any murders.  That is irrational and insane.  Irrational because punishing the innocent but leaving alone the guilty will never stop the guilty.  Insane because every gun control law that doesn't work, because none of them work, is the definition of insanity, which is repeating the same action and expecting a different result.  Pianki and Josie joined us as callers.  Shelby Frenette, 30 minutes in, on "Travel Talk" reported on her Greek cruise.  Karen with the Hoffman Investigative Report called 45 minutes in and she had more details of the Dayton, murderer.  My main source today was an article by Dr. Sarah Thompson on "Raging Against Self Defense."  Which is on the defense mechanisms anti-gun nuts use. ***  The title says it all.  Law abiding gun owners are not the problem, so stealing those rights by government, and demonizing those rights and the people who exercise them, by media and extremist hate groups who hate our freedoms, isn't going to solve the problem, and it creates a whole new crime of civil gun rights violations.  Calls started 30 minutes in.  Pianki a regular caller and citizen legislator.  Rob comes with a news and firearms background.  Kevin is from Florida Carry.  Sarge is former military and police.  Michael is a candidate for office.  They all joined us in a wide ranging discussion on how to separate the prosecution of criminals, from the prosecution, and rights and property seizures of the law abiding.  You can't stop murderers by taking guns from the very citizens who would stop those murderers.  We have become morally deprived, and from that, morally depraved.  Fame is more desirable than life.  Taking rights to "do something" after a mass murder, is not the solution.  Having more people exercise their civil gun rights, and restoring our moral and spiritual fiber is. ***  A blistering attack on our "Benedict Arnold Congress" is how I began the discussion of the economic treason of the Budget Deal this week.  I'll have more research for Monday, but today was about ringing the alarm bells.  Congress passed, with no public hearings, no real debate, no real media coverage, a massive spending increase combined with no "debt ceiling" for the next two years.  How much National Debt can this nation support?  They don't know.  So the next question then, is not knowing, how can you vote for an unrestricted Debt increase?  They don't care!  It doesn't matter!  You haven't made it matter!  I'm going to try and change that.  Also today we had:  the Financial Report with Derek Park, the OMG! ***  This is a very different show than I planned.  I covered the topic of the show by introducing the information in the first half hour of how product and customer choices are being consistently reduced.  Then Wendy Arthur, and her guest Sharon from Julilee Havens, https://www.jubileehavens.com, a refuge and treatment for victims of human sex trafficking, gave a moving presentation of the huge problem and tragedy of sex slavery, with a way to raise money to help the victims, through a silent and live auction, where details are at the website just mentioned.  In the second hour I got back to the food and store discussions in detail, and then with about 25 minutes left, Pianki called in and we had our usual free for all discussion, including a rather amusing exchange over "black people's food," and "white people's food."  No we aren't racists, but instead we talk about racial differences that are really quite interesting.  I wondered if food stores redline like banks do where entire neighborhoods have particular kinds of food offered and food stores have choices based solely on the income of the neighborhood. ***  Truly and amazing show, and for a completely unexpected reason.  Vice Chief Dan Sky Horse of the Creek Tribe joined the show 30 minutes in and we started talking, and Pianki a regular caller joined us.  Well, the exchange between Pianki and Dan was so fascinating I just let them talk.  Pianki and I in the next hour took on the main topic of the show, and a bunch of other issues, like black leader on black citizen racism, as in Baltimore.  15 minutes in Michael Volpe gave us a great report from the Whistleblower Conference which is going on this week.  I started with a discussion of, if everything the Democrats proposed in the debate last night is Socialist, and has nothing to do with a "Republican Form of Government," which we are guaranteed by the Constitution, has the entire Democrat Party disqualified themselves, except for some moderate liberals, because a Socialist Form of Government is Unconstitutional, according to the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land? ***  What if all the spying on Trump and his people both before the election, and after Trump took office, was all to find out what hie knew about the Uranium One Scandal, and what was he going to do about it?  What if the Coup D'Etat from the FBI was not to remove Trump from office because they "hated" him, but because Mueller, Rosenstein, Weissman, McCabe and others, are just as corrupt and guitly of partaking or covering up Uranium One, as they are in the Coup?  Investigating the investigators of the corrupt Mueller Commission, really means tracing all the connections to both Clinton's, Obama, the FBI, and all the officals who approved the Uranium One deal, and might have gained or taken a bribe in the process.  Todays show also had a great visit with Kevin Derby, 30 minutes in, editor of FloridaDaily.com, where Kevin talked national and Florida issues, and really went over the Florida congressional delegation.  Brian, a caller, talked with Kevin about trade and other policies.  Pianki, another caller, joined Kevin briefly and stayed with me for a chat on racism and how the charge is used to gain the advantage, and also we talked about his bill to microchip illegal aliens to recover and deport them the fastest way possible.  I spent the last half hour going over more Mueller corruption and cover up stories, one of which Facebook refused to let me post. ***  Which coverup is the real coverup and what is that cover up - covering up???  There are so many layers to this story.  From the CNN piece the day BEFORE the Mueller hearing blaming Obama of all people for Russia hacking our election.  If Mueller didn't lead his investigation, who did?  Andrew Weissman?  And what about his record of destroying the lives of people to get cooperation to destroy the lives of people higher up?  Wendy Arthur had The Art Report 30 minutes in and we talked about the first Action Radio Art Scavenger Hunt.  Check the Action Radio Art Project page for details.  Then we had this very intense discussion of the corruption of Child Protective Services and Social Security Title IV money driving the corruption starting 45 minutes in.  Marcus Echols, guest of Michael Volpe our Family Law reporter really got into it over 50% shared custody and fathers rights.  I had to play referee.  Ugh.  In the last 30 minutes I went back to the CNN article and tried to reason out and decipher why this opinion was published in the first place?  Is this the next coverup to cover the Uranium One scandal, or the Ukraine, or the real Russian Collusion between Hillary, the Democrats and the Russians?  We'll pick this up again tomorrow.  Josie our Latina World reporter had a great call 20 ish minutes in on Puerto Rico, the Clintons and Haiti.  ***  Correction: The CNN article was written July 23rd, two days ago, not April.
