***  I think this was the show where everyone was watching the Mueller Freak Show before Congress, not that Mueller is going to say anything, and as I watch the hearings now, that is exactly what is happening.  However, on Action Radio today we got to go over complex documents on the dangers of 5G technology, a speculation that these technologies are so powerful they are actually working both to bring unlimited data to the user, but also in reverse bringing ulimited computer and device search information from individuals back to the internet and social media marketing companies known as "big tech," so they can have access to the "minds" of the users - and got us into - Mind Share.  We know the health effects of 5G include fatal cancers and a host of other diseases and problems that result from the radiation generated by the transmitters in cell phones, other devices, and the massive amounts generated by the 5G network and all it's antennas, arrays, and focused beams.  This is a mess.  The Trump Justice Department has now started to look into the mess with an anti-trust violation investigation of Big Tech.  What they should do as we have advocated before, is make "ideological discrimination" a Civil Rights Violation, punishible by fines and jail time, for any mind manipulation and censorship of their networks, and look at preventing the massive health consequences of 5G, and make it a safe technology before it is implemented. ***  Continuing our analysis of the "Doctrine of Fascism" from 1932 by Mussolini, gives great insight into "The Big Lie" that the Left has to maintain for their own selfish purpose, that Fascism and Naziism are both "right wing" ideologies, which is intellectually impossible and irrational given what is in the document manifesto of Fascim for example.  That was the first half hour.  Kevin Derby of FloridaDaily.com joined us 30 minutes in and immediately changed the argument.  That was fun!  We went from the theoretical to the real, and discussed both national problems of "big government" and Florida problems like the Florida Congressional Delegation voting for at $15 minimum wage, knowing the Senate will never take it up.  The second hour I was going to continue the Fascism analysis, and then my regular caller Pianki, and then Brian, joined the show, and since callers come first, we had a "free for all" discussion of todays issues.  I wend over lots of actual Action Radio citizen legislation, particularly our now 11 Comprehensive Conservative Immigration Reform Package of laws, and how to share, send to legislators, and lobby our citizen written bills. ***  What a free for all in the second hour with Pianki and later Josie, also Karen Hoffman of The Hoffman Report who stayed for about 45 minutes starting 30 minutes in.  That's the beauty of this show. ***  Supreme Court Juries!  No, they don't exist.  We have to create the legislation to make that happen.  But someone has to create something to curb the tyrranical power of the Judiciary because no one and no part of government does that.  It started with Marbury v Madison and the usurped power of Judicial Review to "interpret" the Constitution, and order anything the court or judge wants after that -- and everyone goes along with this tyranny.  Therefore, it has to end with Action Radio taking action.  That was the first 30 minutes.  The second 30 is with Kevin Derby, editor of FloridaDaily.com.  In our second hour, Pianki joined me for a discussion of his recent jury experience.  We talked about all the problems of judge instructions and orders to rule on the facts only and leave the law judgement to the judges.  That is so incredibly unconstitutional that we have to restore the original intent of the Founders that JURIES are the guardians of the Constitution, and the entity that controls government, rather than a rubber stamp for the power of the Judiciary to make all the rules, define the cases, do what they want with the laws, and order whatever they want for their own policy and legislative objectives.  Josie joined us later in the second hour, and we also started work on Pianki's microchip the illegal aliens bill. ***  From the opening rant on destroying towns with freeways, to my final comments on juries and our show on it Monday, this show was packed with a huge amount of interesting and varied information.  I wanted to defend my town from those who want to ruin it with a major 4 lane roadway that I see, and case study after case study says, results in a ghost town.  What we want and need, and what is happening in Milton, Florida, is an incredible growth of new and fun businesses, a revitalized waterfront, new entertainment and theater options, great restaurants, and more.  Also today we had at 25 minutes the financial report with Derek Park talking about the Dow Jones average, our OMG! ***  The one thing I forgot to put in the title is Parental Alienation, and that whole abusive system.  This was a very complex show.  But whether it's divorce, custody, experts, judges, lawyers, or anyone else in "the system," there are a series of laws that create a system of financial incentives, not to solve problems, but to perpetuate conflicts and creats all new problems, which result in tragedies.  The system favors the sociopathic abuser, and victimizes the decent person just trying to settle and move on.  We aren't done with this, but through various case studies, and people of different perspectives, we hope to get the facts out there, and have you help yourselves, and us, to write the corrective legislation we need to reduce family court to an equitable asset distribution system for people divorcing, and eliminate everything else.  We need to abolish "the best interests of the child" standard, which sounds good, but has allowed the most horrible of orders and decisions.  Listen to the show starting 45 minutes in for all the horror stories.  We also had Wendy Arthur with the Art Report today talking about traumatic brain injuries and some folks hosting a bike ride to raise awareness and funds for the Southern Brain Injury Clinic.  And there was my rant against ADHD diagnosis, treatment, and meds, in the first half hour.
