*** Our second hour had a fabulous discussion with our guests and a whole lot of callers regarding Saving Pensacola Beach for the citizens of Escambia County.  Granted this is a local issue, but everyone has a beach somewhere, the question is who owns and controls it, public or private?  Beach history, legislation, lots of questions, what is in the public interest, who owns the beach, who makes money, tourism, growth, and more subjects were covered.  In the first hour I had my rant on Michelle Obama's view of Trump supporters, the requirement that the Citizenship question be asked on the Census, and the possibility of Jenna Ellis Rives, constitutional lawyer, coming on the show.  30 minutes in Kevin Derby, Editor of Florida Daily, and I, covered national and state issues and personalities.  But our second hour saw a whole bunch of new folks discover Action Radio.  That's what it's all about. ***  I opened today with a discussion based on the title, of are we a dependent, or independent people, and who wants which one, and why.  After our two hours of history yesterday, where does that leave us today?  Which path will we follow tomorrow?  Those are the questions that will be answered as we go through the 2020 campaign process.  Gloria Hornung couldn't make it for the Environmental Action Report so Wendy Arthur and I on the OMG! ***  The Supreme Court case is very complex surrounding the question of Citizenship on the Census, because they have to rationalize and completely B.S. their opinion to suit their pre-determined conclusion.  Chief Justice Roberts, the new Kennedy liberal justice, swung with the Leftists on the court to say that although the actual question of citizenship on the Census is constitutional, the way the Trump Administration went about enacting it didn't live up to a good enough explaination for the Supreme Court.  In other words, the Supreme Court gets to pass judgement on everything the President and his Administration does, and everything the Congress does, yet there is absolutely no check on what the Supreme Court, all the other federal courts, and judges do.  30 minute opening, then 30 minutes of Creek Report with Vice Chief Dan Helms.  The second hour was mostly taken up with a call from Brian from Pennsylvania and his perspective on a variety of issues, as well as focusing on a particuarly detailed article explaining the Supreme Court Census Decision. ***  What a completely unpredictable show.  I don't think anything went as planned today.  Doesn't mean it wasn't good - it was!  But it was also incredibly spontaneous.  And it was very complex.  Issues like parental alienation, a misused and misunderstood term, the corruption of the courts, the "we were just following orders" of law enforcement, the bought and paid for experts, our own writeyourlaws bill to counter all this, the VA and people allegedly in their care, the lawyer/client/judge conspiracies.  Again, we need to take all of these topics separately and get a true understanding of all the issues of "Family Abuse Court."  I was going to talk judicial decisions that regulate the border for Democrat voter registration efforts, but then Hotep called, and we came up with the "orange pickers report" and other reports most rich folks don't get,   Hotep was about 10 minutes in.  Shelby with "Travel Talk" was 30 minutes in, and Karen with "The Hoffman Report" came in 45 minutes in.  This was just one of those shows I had very liitle knowledge of exactly where it would go. ***  This was a big time discussion show, with Kevin Derby of FloridaDaily.com starting 30 minutes in, to Pianki and Josie joining me in the last half hour.  I'm glad I post all the stories I want to cover on our "Action Radio with Greg Penglis" Facebook page, because I only got to a couple of articles.  But I certainly covered how we are becoming a "Judgeocracy" being ruled by judges, instead of them being the umpires that insure the rules of evidence and procedure are followed properly.  They should wear umpire shirts.  Kevin and I covered the usurped power of judges, and we are going to talk about it again on our July 4th Live Special, 7-9 am Central.  We covered the Flores decision that causes all our problems with "separation of families," we talked briefly about the citizenship on the Census question, denial of Wall funding, and other actions by judges to push illegal aliens into our country against the judge's oath to support and defend the Constitution, and do the same for the United States of America.  Otherwise, if the Judgeocracy continues to put injuctions on Trump policies, declare Trump and laws from Congress to be unconstitutional when they are clearly not, and order a whole variety of actions when they have no power to order anything, if this continues, we won't have a country of, by and for the people, it will be of, by and for the illegal aliens and the illegal government. ***  Wow!  What a great Second Amendment discussion in the second hour.  Both Florida Carry by Stephen Parris, and Escambia Carry by Jeremy Bosso, were represented as we discussed the Open Carry event at Navarre Fishing Pier, July 20th where lots of us will be fishing and openly carrying guns to "normalize" the sight of guns on regular people, and to educate the public as to their rights.  I opened the show and was joined by Bill Fetke about 15 minutes in as we ripped the Democrat Infomercial masquerading as a debate.  Wendy Arthur, 30 minutes in, had the Grand Bay Watermelon Festival, July 4th as a place artists will have booths.  Michael Volpe's report 45 minutes in had an issue as he was unable to call in, but I talked to his guest Matt Hall about a lawyer who stole from his disabled sister while under VA care.  Pianki also joined us near the end of the second hour discussion on the open carry of guns, and lots of other gun issues as well.
