Adam Lean is the founder of The CFO Project, a financial coaching firm to help ecommerce owners increase sales, profit, and cash flow.

Adam is a former accountant turned small business owner. Things were going great...at first. But things quickly went downhill. He began to feel overwhelmed and like a hamster trapped on a wheel running 90mph in the same place without making any progress. It was doubly frustrating because he had an accounting background!
