Ron Cheffins, UVic Professor Emeritus of Law and Political Science joins Adam to address the outcome of the B.C. Liberal Party Leader election and how the on-going protest may be affecting the current political climate of Canada. Cheffins spoke about Premier Ford and Prime Minister’s public conferences speaking to the COVID-19 Mandate protesters. Afterwards, Adam finishes the show with opening up the Call In lines in which Government Street merchants and general listeners are able to voice their thoughts and concerns pertaining to City Council, vaccinations, and the Truck Convoy.

Mike Williamson, CEO of Cascadia Seaweed, and Abraham Pelkey, Tsawout First Nation elected councillor, joined Adam to share a new project between Cascadia Seaweed and the Tsawout First Nation. Williamson spoke to how they are able to create eco-friendly farms for seaweed, and Pelkey spoke to how important it is for the nation to utilize their Indigenous rights

Benjamin Cox, study's lead author shares with Adam some of his research about carbon taxes and climate change. Cox stresses that there is a common ground between Mining Industry and Environmental Movements and if utilized properly, could benefit all involved. Today’s show wraps up with Adam responding to a few texts/calls from listeners as well as provides some insight into the potential fiction of protests.
Adam kicks off the show with examining the recent developments regarding COVID-19 protocols in various Canadian Provinces and speculate what it might look like going forward. Colin Plant, board chair, Capital Regional District joins Adam to discuss topics to be covered in an upcoming the CRD Board Meeting. One of these topics being how the CRD Board plans to create a 10 year strategic plan for local parks as well as reports on regional greenhouse gas inventory.
