Ryan Parke on Testosterone, Suicide & Why Doing Everything Still Wasn't Enough | Pharma Prescribed
⚠️ This episode discusses suicide and men's mental health. Samaritans → 116 123 (UK, free, 24/7)
Ryan Parke — TEDx speaker, men's coach and author of How to Help Him — joins Adam Walker for the most personal episode on the Pharma Prescribed Podcast.
In June 2019, Ryan bumped into Brad's mum. Brad was the most successful man Ryan knew — fast car, big house, loving family. Brad had done everything we tell men in crisis to do: therapy, antidepressants, nightly calls home. Brad still died by suicide. That conversation sparked five years of research. This is what Ryan found.
For Adam, this is deeply personal. He has been working with Ryan through the hardest period of his life. This podcast was born from that work.
