You know those days that just start slow? You wake up late, forget things at home, and just start to feel overwhelmed? It's easy to just feel like the entire day is a failure and to start focusing on tomorrow...However in the process we usually are letting ourselves off the hook with our self-commitments too. So since today started out rough...we deserve a day off from our training? We deserve to eat out and self sabotage our goals? This is common but avoidable. Very often, our days that start off slow can end up being our BEST days...if we don't give in.
