To piggyback on last month's series on "The Brutal Realities of Pornography," Susan has invited fellow therapist Katie Ubben to discuss a recent training they attended on the addictiveness of technology. The Joshua Center and SelfCtrl, a non-profit that seeks to educate parents on screen time habits so they can model and implement healthy boundaries around devices, offered the training.
