Southland grower Blair Drysdale is part of a Growers Leading Change (GLC) group providing support for people with added-value small businesses based on arable cropping. Blair, who produces and sells hemp seed oil products under the brand Hopefield Hemp, tells Anna Heslop that the group has learnt a lot and are planning a resource to help others start their own added-value journey.
