  • E15 - Rounding up the year: The Importance of Reflection

We are back after some time out! I want to say a big thank you to those who have held on for new episodes and continued to support the podcast and ADHD Babes over 2023.

This episode was recorded at the end of 2022 looking to 2023, but we think it's still a good listen. :)

In this episode, we discuss the importance of reflection as we round up our year and our aspirations for 2023. We reflect on the struggles we've experienced over the year, and how we look to make changes to learn and apply to the year to come.

  • ADHD Babes: The Podcast - Trailer

Introducing ADHD Babes: The Podcast...the podcast created by the community...for the community.

From finding out about ADHD to navigating through routines to managing symptoms. Whether that's a group discussion or a guest speaker teaching us more about our beautiful brains.

Join us for some discussions, learning and a good old rant.

This week resident host Shereen catches up with Occupational Therapist, podcaster and entrepreneur Jenny Okolo.

Delving into Jenny's experiences, she explains exactly why neurodivergent patients should be treated with empathy and shares advice on what to do if you feel you don't have the right clinician for you.
