The last year has been filled with coaching for over 500 hours of coaching sessions. Hundreds of hours offering support to many professionals, mentees, volunteer work, and so much more. 

However, I was reminded by someone on a call last week who had shared how much they liked the podcast episodes. So I thought, why not jump in again as I have missed the creative process of creating content and sharing. I see and learn too much to not be sharing it.

With loneliness being the topic of the mental health awareness week. I wanted to share a new podcast episode and some information I found incredibly useful from Dr. Vivek Murthy. He is the writer of an incredible book called Together: The Healing Power of Human Connection in a Sometimes Lonely World.
