In this episode of ADHDuveting with Anj, host Anj welcomes fellow sparkly ADHDer Amy Darby.
Amy discusses her realisation and acceptance of being ADHD and shares her diverse background, including working in care services, training to become an occupational therapist, and running a pole dancing school.
The lovely little chat covers Amy’s passions for reading, love of marine biology (particularly dolphins), and scuba diving.
Amy reflects on her journey, emphasising being kind to yourself and the importance of breaking down ADHD stereotypes.

In this episode, Anj chats with fellow ADHDer Leon Baruah about his life, interests and the things he's most proud of.
A reformed extragalactic astrophysicist; professionally, Leon fights climate change by planning the restoration and addition of habitats to landscapes through the magic of coding, statistics, hydrology, and never enough coffee.
He also volunteers for MapAction, a humanitarian disaster relief information management and mapping charity.
He occasionally picks up sticks to play marimba and various orchestral percussions, though is a big fan of noodling around on bass guitar.
Other times he is an aficionado of musical theatre, a big fan of general geekery, and fair-weather friend of the Duolingo owl.

A baby podcast is born!
In the very first episode of ADHDuveting with Anj, Anj interviews the multi-talented ADHDer Cat Duval.
Cat, like many ADHDers, wears many hats including being the inventor of Yoga Rave - yes, you read that right!
She coaches neurospicy freelancers, female entrepreneurs and queer founders to get in flow from burnout to brilliance so that they transform workaholism into wild inspiration, unmask their authentic selves, and attune their attention with intention.
