After a crazy 2 months, we enter the year with our original training goals being dashed, and the lull in top level training leaving me far to 'not fit' to try and make CrossFit Semifinals.. so where do we go from here? An update on how I am feeling, how much I really got set back in 2 months time, and what my goals are now as we sit 36 days from the CrossFit Open.
