ADD/ADHD is a condition that affects around 4-5% of adults. It can cause significant barriers to organisation (among other challenges).

 

In this episode, Rebecca chats with Sarah Cottman from Heavenly Order about ADD and ADHD and how it affects organisation. Sarah has a lot of experience, professionally and personally, with ADHD and she's a wealth of information and great source of comfort, as well as a bit of a hoot.

 

There's some tips on managing the symptoms, as well as discussion around some of the great things about having ADHD (yes, there are superpowers!).
