Joy isn't a feeling you have to conjure up when life is good. Biblical joy is a deep-rooted confidence in God's faithfulness—even when you're exhausted. Today we're learning that joy and exhaustion can coexist, and His joy can be your strength when you have nothing left.

This Week's Practice: Name Three Evidences of God's Faithfulness Each day, identify three ways (big or small) that God was faithful to you. Write them down or speak them aloud. This trains your eyes to see His presence and builds a foundation of joy that doesn't depend on your circumstances.
