Once again we are tweaking our format here at Adventure Seekers Welcome. We are now featuring a different line up and we are going back to our AJNW roots. We are going more into the heart of being a warrior but in the mindset of avoiding conflict internally as much as externally. We are featuring Headlines, Todays Quote, a Haiku, Zen & Pen (Dojo Note), Back in the Saddle, and Today's Victory. Write us and tell us about your victories or how you got back into the saddle.

Today we have Headlines with a few get well wished, a Haikyu, along with Today's Quote from AJNW News.  and Q&A with Sensei. Oh, yes and more of Adventures with the gang from Zen& Pen!

AJNW News with a few special announcements! A short catch up on the Zen and Pen cast of characters along some plans for my Rand Law Patreon page. Also some sincere congratulations to Mrs. Ray on her new and well deserved promotion, despite the fun Sensei might have made on the podcast. 

AJNW News explores Tokoshi Kempo Summer Camp. We also have a interview on herding cats, with a Kempo black belt with around 30 years of experience. Tyson Ray (experienced cat herder), has also served our country and retired from military service. 

This new episode has some additional changes to the format. We still have the AJNW New it is just present in a different way. Plus Q & A with Sensei has just expanded! We will also start doing our interviews on a separate post on my Patreon page. Our nest episode is with head instructor of Nami Ryu and the System of Strategy, James Williams, sensei.  

AJNW News with today's quote, a challenge, todays weather and today's observation. Plus we are testing out a new feature called a Sensei Joke, (It's just like a dad joke but worse). A surprise switch in the news announcement, with James Williams. The computer break down still plagues us but we struggle to learn from our failures and mistakes as well as from Murphy's Law.  We still have the AJNW News and more on the Zen & Pen inspired adventure saga.

This is a promo episode featuring an interview with Brian Williams, a patriot and a  Nami Ryu Aiki Heiho instructor. Brian has studied several martial arts and currently trains under James Williams, Sensei. Nami ryu Aiki Heiho translates as the wave style. This system of strategy is based on Japanese sword arts (kenjutsu, iaijutsu and tantojutsu), the martial arts of the samurai. The principles of these arts directly apply to the unarmed martial arts of jujutsu and aiki-jujutsu. For the full episode check out my Patreon page.
