Adventure Seekers Welcome Jedi, Ninja, and Wizards Tolerated: We hosted the Tokoshi Kempo camp and Tyson won the battle ax competition easily. Ben was awarded the title of Tetsujin for his faithfulness to discipline and his iron will. 100 Days of misogi and kettlebell training without a miss and he is on his 89th day of his seconds round.

Great News: We are trying out a new format. It starts with Inspirational Quotes and a discussion about them. Next we will chat about the Mind and Body connection. Along the way we seek meaningful insights into all manner of art that we find moving called Expression. Then we will go on with a Haiku and finish off with a segment called Did you Know!
