Adventure Seeker Welcome: Jedi, Ninja, and Wizards Tolerated celebrates the almost lost episode. We don't know what had happened to it, but we found out that it fell out of the like-up. So, without and explanation or understanding over the loss, we are happy to reboot it before it was too late. This is at least a rough cut of our Quote, Mind & Body, Art Chat, Haiku and Did You Know, segments

Quote today we start with a Chinese adage. Mind & Body explores some ideas on Tokoshi Kempo's kicking. Art Chat looks at standing, sitting and moving meditation. Haiku: is wrapped up in our main topic of this podcast. Did You Know is about something that happened in the year 1492. If you guessed Columbus, you are close but no cigar. Seriously I hope no cigar at all, the smell gets to me.

We follow our opening Quote, with a segment on Mind & Body. Then we proceed to Art Chat & a Haiku. This is followed up with our Did You Know, portion of our introduction to the Adventure Seekers Welcome: Jedi, Ninja, & Wizards Tolerated podcast. These mini podcast are an introduction to both my books and some of the things that frame the practice of the Tokoshi Kempo system. I hope you enjoy them.

Today on Adventure Seekers Welcome Jedi, Ninja and Wizards Tolerated: we chat about a former slaver who enlisted the help of Spanish slaves to defeat their common enemy in the Did You Know segment. We have a Haiku about our cat BB. In our Art Chat we talk about hidden treasures in stories and songs. Our Mind and Body portion is given toward balance, while focusing in on iron palm training.
