For EDC blade fans some great news!

First of all I didn't intend to sound as if Adam Chan of Kung Fu Report fame was my student. First of all we have never met although he wrote a very nice forward in my book, Enlightenment Kicking and Screaming The Paradox of Martial Art Training. This episode contains All the AJNW News info you need to make it through another week.

In this episode we hear about the adventures of a former puking buzzard. This is the 101st back before it's air assault days. Also we chat about the 3rd principle used in Tokoshi Kempo. Along the way we have our standby Headline, Haiku Zen and Pen and a Quote of the day.
