Adventures With Jesus, Today

Something beautiful happens when we honor the way God designed us, and others. Jesus is inviting us to know and appreciate how we were created to be, and to do the same for others. The result - deeper and healthier relationship with Him, ourselves an others.

There are scenarios that just ‘push our buttons’. Things that we think are unfair or shouldn’t have turned out this way. Many call this the ‘Justice’ button and it activates when we think that an ‘injustice’ has occurred.

As I was heatedly talking to a friend, and God, about such an injustice, Jesus gently brought to my attention that my thinking and ‘righteous indignation’ was actually primarily being driven by fear.

The #AdventuresWithJesusToday that I was invited on helped me to come to a place of healing and peace as I accepted and embraced the Truth, instead of being bullied by fear.

Jesus is inviting you on an adventure to follow the Truth. Will you accept?

'It is the glory of God to conceal a matter and the glory of kings to search it out. Pro 25:2'

If you are facing something that seems too difficult to do and daunting, then Jesus is inviting you on an adventure. He has hidden things FOR you to discover and it delights Him to bring God glory and reveal His wonders to you.

"Take some sticky notes and lay the situation out Lisa"

I was talking through a scenario with Jesus that I just couldn't seem to find a solution to. I'd looked at it from so many angles and mapped out possible solutions, but nothing seemed to be the right fit.

As we laid all the pieces out and looked at it from Heaven's perspective, my viewpoint changed from frustration to one of awe and deep gratitude.

Jesus is inviting you on an adventure to see the bigger picture that He sees.

Have you ever heard yourself say, "I don't have any more to give" or "I have to keep some back for emergencies" or 'there just isn't enough...money/time/energy to do that"

I was saying this to God yesterday and He gently reminded me that my words were coming from a mindset of limited supply.

In this episode we unpack the Truth that Heaven has an unlimited supply of everything we need - provision, love, energy, ideas and...

God wants us to have it.

So, your adventure, should you choose to accept it, is to see all that Heaven has available for you to access in your current circumstances. I'm excited for all that you will discover!

As we are looking forward to both the New Year and a new decade, I have found myself getting frustrated with what I'm not hearing God tell me about our future. Today, as I sat talking it through with Him (and moaning if I'm honest), He simply said to me to make a list of what He HAS said and done to lead us where He wast us to go. This totally shifted my mindset to one of hope and faith in what He IS doing.

He gave me 3 keys to use as we journey towards the amazing plans He has for all of our lives. They really helped me and I believe they will help you too. Enjoy your #AdventuresWithJesusToday!

There are times when the circumstances of our life look great and everything is going well. Then there are periods where life seems more difficult and it's hard to move ahead.

I was in that place and as I asked Jesus about it, He took me on an adventure where He reminded me to live FROM the victory He has bought. As I did, life looked 'do'able again and I was excited to go into the day.

In John 8:32 Jesus says that we will know the Truth and the Truth will set us free.

I've been making declarations for years. Taking the Word and speaking it over my life, so that I experience life (Pro 18:21). This week God gave me a whole new level of understanding about how the Truth can literally set us free from the thoughts, beliefs and mindsets that have been holding us back out whole life!

Listen to this episode and say 'yes' to the freedom adventure Jesus wants to take you on!
