  • A Series of Short Whispered Poems to Relax & Fall Asleep To
I was inspired to write these the other day while giving myself some TLC while coming down from throbbing cramps. Using the idea of opposites that I've begun to understand better through yoga nidra & panchakarma, I decided to embody this by focusing on what felt healing to me & the opposite of the pain I was suffering. This led to writing these simple but highly significant & therapeutic poems. Although the essential oils patch I put on myself certainly helped, I believe that shifting my attention towards creative writing & my imagination also made a significant difference in bringing down my perception of pain. I was able to fall asleep after writing these poems. I'll be seriously weaving in this concept of balancing opposites in my embodiment for 2024, since I still have a lot of self-healing to do as I continue to recover from burnout & adrenal fatigue. Creativity gives us our power back. If you're interested in these ideas or prompts for your own trauma healing, or just need some creative inspiration to get out of a stuck, depressed, or painful place, you can find them here- https://www.teachwriting.org/612th/2021/3/16/5-poetry-activities-to-heal-during-a-pandemic
    ✍️🌬🧠🍦🥰📖📖📖
The poems I read to you tonight, in the order that I read them:
    🌌
    1. Eternal Bliss⚪️
    2. Breathing🔷️
    3. Poetry 🔮❤️💓
    4. Distraction 😶
    5. (Untitled) // (The Purpose of Distractions) 💆‍♂️💆‍♀️💆‍♂️🌟🧠🍦🥰✨️
    6. Time ⏳️🟡
    7. Him 💓❤️💓.................
    8. The Last Poem 🌱🧚‍♀️🧚‍♂️🌳
    9. (Unwritten)... (but it will begin again...when the inspiration strikes). 🌏🌎🌍🪱😌
    ✨️✨️✨️
Literally guys, there is no 9th poem. Only 8 here. But 9 is the place where nothing & everything exists & the inspiration is held. 😌⏳️🔵💫🌌
Just a warning that the whispers get louder and more dramatic at the 3rd reading of Distraction & the bit on the purpose of distractions... and then it calms down into my softer, normal, whispering voice again lol I just had too much fun recording this one & Distraction & the paragraph that follows after it are probably the climax or the greatest epiphany of this series, though they're all special and were enlightening for me. If you can get past my cliche reading of "Time," 3 times, then you'll get to enjoy the jems in "Him" & my vision of the end of times (& the beginning of another golden age) that's presented in "The Last Poem."

  • Clarity Re-gained😌❤Ender's Game- Last Chapter: Speaker for The Dead. This is why I LOVE this book!
Finally! I finish reading Ender's Game & get to my favorite chapter: Speaker for The Dead, & share some thoughts in between paragraphs on why I loved this book as a kid & why I still love it & why it's relevant to our times now & till the end of time! This book is about empathy, forgiveness, re-writing stories to create better ones, more peaceful ones, not giving up on wisdom, telepathy, being a highly sensitive person and all the different ways this can look on a kid, & at least in my understanding of the new to-be-queen that Ender's carrying inside that cocoon he is keeping safe...it's about synarchy. Life really is all about our relationships, be it with each other, &/or the planet we inhabit, other creatures on it, and the rest of the universe. It's called a uni-verse for a reason. It's all just one thing, & all we're doing is living our lives awakening to the fact that we are slowly, step by step, returning to the unity consciousness that we came from before the Big Bang fragmented us into all of these parts. At the same time, we can appreciate other life forms, other people, other ways of living, & even other religions, shall I dare say, by recognizing how they're just playing out a role and if traced back to the original source energy...are not separate from anything else & instead of creating wars on the details and differences in how these fragmented parts have evolved into such seemingly unique individuals & idea systems, what if we tried to empathize with each other and our collective human history? And our collective human future? What if we stopped focusing on how we're different and put on a different lens that helped us see how much more alike we are than different and in what ways? And how our differences actually make us stronger? Because it's an ecosystem...and the ecosystem is just trying to restore its balance and return to a harmonious state by working through all the disharmony that's taken place throughout time... 😌🙏🏼💓🌌🌌🌌🌌🌌🌌🌌🌌🌌🌌🌌🌌🌌🌌🌌🌌🌌🌌🌌I am having a quiet evening/night full of reflection and wishing everyone that's listening to this some inner peace and loving vibes for 2024. What kind of world do you want to contribute towards? What character do you want to play? What kind of history do you want to be a part of? & how can you, by your every day actions, co-create that history? I am going to focus on my relationship with consumption vs creation, & being intentional with what I consume so that it's guided by my intuition and my pull to heal within so that I can take what comes my way and only love it, no matter what it is... I'll be consuming less and intentionally creating more, both actual food with 2 new cookbooks and world's of my own making in the book I'm gonna start writing...as well as more breath and somatic healing movements (think yoga, maybe some Tai Chi or Qigong if a friend can teach me, & of course... freestyle dancing!...my favorite!)🥰 Let the energy inside you flow into creative expression so that it doesn't fester and turn destructive. We are vessels for continual growth. How are you going to tend to your inner garden and what are you going to plant? 😌 Merry Christmas Eve to those that celebrate & Happy Holiday Down-Time for those that don't! I hope it's a peaceful, joyful, & non-judgmental one! 🌌The cover of this episode is a page in the back of my copy of Ender's Game and it lists the sequels and stories that follow as Ender & his sister Valentine travel the universe. I haven't read the rest of the series and am now tempted to read Speaker for The Dead, which is next up in the series. It may be especially relevant to all the grieving (& healing) that is taking place in the world right now. More so though, I just personally wasn't ready to read the sequel back in grade school, though I had attempted it, & I'm not entirely sure if I am ready to absorb it now without taking time away from my own writing, but it's worth opening as my next potential inspiration!

  • Weird Journal Entry about a Recent Trance State & PHONK! & (the beginning of) ASMR Wikipedia...
In tonight's episode, I read to you a weird journal entry I wrote on what I recall from a recent trance state I experienced naturally & read the entire Wikipedia page of PHONK!-My most recent musical obsession🔊🔥☠️💓💓💓 I also begin reading the Wikipedia page on ASMR itself, with some tangential pages branching from the ASMR page, saving the entire ASMR page Wikipedia reading for another episode all on its own! Hope these whispers help you relax &/or fall asleep☺️🌬🧠🥰🥰🥰✨️✨️✨️🥱😴💤💤💤 It was really fun to record! ☺️🥰🥰🥰🧠🍦Many giggles in here. 😄🤭🤭 The Wikipedia reading begins at 11:30. BONUS!-I read the titles of my favorite phonk songs about 18 minutes in if you want some new songs to discover & aren't afraid of "scary music," lol I couldn't take the genre & some of the songs seriously at first, but when I re-discovered it recently, I can't get enough of it! Though...I am picky with the songs I like.... ASMR Wikipedia reading with its relevant tangents begin at around 20 to 21 minutes in. Enjooooyyyeee☺️I think I've come full circle with understanding my childhood fascination with ghosts, frission (auditory-tactile synesthesia) & a strong connection to the spirit & imagination realm. This episode (& as I've noticed many of my other episodes) sound kinda choppy, & I think I realize a huge part of why I like phonk music now lol something about things being "chopped & screwed" is fun & engaging to me...it's like an alarm clock that goes, "Boo! Wake up!" & is better than zombie-states. Lol though some of the lo-fi & relaxing or calm phonk for sleep is also nice based on the mood. I'd say the most relaxing phonk song that I've heard so far that I think many could groove to is METAMORPHOSIS by INTERWORLD & a nice one for the "chopped & screwed" sound is GHOST! By phonk.me & KIIXSHI ☺️🔊🧠💓🔥☠️🤯

  • December Beach Walk 2023
Another episode at the fake beach (though a good enough river with real sand) near my house. Reflecting on the passing of another year as it nears its end! The waves crashing in the background were super relaxing for me😌 I hope it's a nice background for you too☺️ Whisper Musings about the cliche of needing something bigger than myself to live for...or live with, rather. I think that nature & everything's that's rooted in the Earth is worth living with & living for. The past few weeks have been really emotional (lots of trauma being released & many things are shifting for me internally). Changes are both exciting AND depressing...until this wave passes, I'll keep my spirits up (or rather, the spirits will keep me up☺️) through the animistic connection to nature... thank goodness😅 I am missing a few people & the beach reminds me of them😌🌊 It's also just a nice reprieve to walk by the water almost always, especially on colder days when it's almost empty. 🍃🍃🍃🍃❄️

  • Reading the Wikipedia Page of Hindu Eschatology & Trying not to say more "uhm's."
All uhms aside, this episode shares some serious reflections about our times & my recent explorations of the Hindu apocalyptic myths & the myths from other cultures, especially the Nordic one. I am trying to find the similarities & differences. It seems I have more exploring to do. Currently Animism makes the most sense to me, but I also really understand the wisdom of the yogic teachings & it's emphasis on allowing energy to flow through the body...are both cultures saying the same thing in a different way? I think I intuitively understand the unity between different ways of seeing the world & ourselves in it, & its not something that can be explained well when I get complex or detailed. I think maybe getting complex or detailed is missing the point...which is simply to live & experience life rather than get all up in my head about its meaning or "how to save the world." The more I reflect on these things, the closer I get to understanding that there's nothing I can do except to accept the current reality and make the choice to focus on the things that continue the nurturing cycle of life, including a focus on my closest relationships, building healthy new ones, repairing broken ones if possible, spending more time in nature, and in doing things that light me up so that I can be of some service to the world & not lose my motivation. Although this one is a rather intense whisper musings episode, I hope it still helps you relax & fall asleep &/or experience those feel-good ASMR tingles. You might have to turn the volume down & adjust it to a place that sounds just right for you☺️ Thanks for listening & tuning in to my existential musings about the world😅🌬🧠🥰😌

  • An Animist Short Story taking place in a Restaurant + More Reflections & A Soft Fade Out...
Soft whispers reading an animist story I wrote in high-school about a magical restaurant with a twist + a few more reflections on the significance of Angel #17 & then random hypnagogic speech that fades out into nothing...just the noise of the fan in the background...with random whispers here & there... Hope this helps you relax & fall asleep 😌🥱😴😴😴💤💤💤💤🌬🧠🍦🥰

  • Ender's Game- More from Ch. 14...almost the end!
I FINALLY get back to Ender's Game & read the rest of Chapter 14. This one starts off rather quiet & sleepy-like & then gets suuuppperrr Intense as the ending approaches and the simulation battles begin! In parts of this I think I've read faster than I've read something before...almost like I turned the speed dial in my speech up to x2...? Though I am sure I could read even faster but my brain might explode then so...lol... not sure if I'll go there. Thanks for listening☺️🌬🧠 This one may not be as gentle, though, its still in whisper format & I am curious how it goes for you all, if some of you enjoy the faster, more intense whispers & the change & fluctuation in the cadence of these. After I finish reading Ender's Game, I think I will go back to recording some meditations & do more stream of consciousness thoughts about different ideas that fascinate me or inspire me in some way.... I just want to get through this book first though, in whatever form that takes, cuz I am trying to understand & remember why it was 1 of my favorite childhood books & see if my response to it now, about 17-ish? Years later...has changed, & if so, how.

  • Whisper Musings: Angel Number 17, Writing, & No Regrets- Reflections on Paradoxes- Time & Synarcy...
Whisper Musings about my life's purpose (currently & in the years to come). I talk about my strong convictions & my Angel Number 17 guiding me (talking about the Angel Number begins at 50 minutes-ish into the episode with my relationship with writing & is later re-visted through different lenses at around an hour & 17 minutes in, with relevant tangents along the way as usual!) I am opening to all the wildness & inner wisdom within & that's what I am going to channel in my writing for my New Year's Resolution! The writing's gonna be a therapeutic resource, & I may share some of it on my website every so often, but the majority of it won't be shared until I am ready to share the whole book, whenever that is done! You can find my current writings & other art at aekbeing.crevado.com 🙂 In this episode & in general with my writing & creative process, I am letting go of perfectionism....Saving grammer edits & any other tedious edits for the end of my projects...& encouraging everyone to LEAN AWAY FROM WHAT DRAINS YOU, and INTO WHAT LIGHTS YOU UP! Even if you have to take baby steps... 😉☺️✨️
