You may have noticed that the name of this podcast has changed, but that’s not the only thing that has changed this past year.

Earlier in 2021 I merged a portion of my business together with my friend, Lindsey Graf, and it has been a wild ride of juggling finances, closing contracts with clients that were no longer aligned, going through the absolute ringer as mothers, and feeling like we just pulled off an Iron Man.

it’s also been a time of learning, healing the sister wound, and learning how to surrender and open to new possibilities.

This episode is an official welcome to Lindsey as co-host of this podcast as well as a sacred message to all of you to stay tuned for more paradigm shifts, love, and light from both of us in the new year.

Believing that sustainable healing is always possible, her focus is on healing though a holistic approach that changes people on a mental, emotional, and physical level from the inside out.

In this episode, we’re talking about her journey on this path of healing and coaching, including how she rebelled within the lines of her conditioning and how she overcame the divorce that left her shattered.

Elli also shares how Human Design opened her mind up to new possibilities, and how she initially resisted everything that she is into now (isn’t that always the way!?), and how that resistance has taught her to take a second look at things instead of dismissing them at first glance.

Eden Carpenter is a great example of having the courage and the resiliency to live a lifestyle based on your intuition, self-trust, and self-sourcing. After following the “societally right” path for five years, Eden quit her job as a nurse and went full-time in her business: teaching others how to use the language of Human Design to understand life, business, and energy.

We talk about so much in this episode, including how Human Design differs from other personality tests because it relies less on how you’re feeling on any given day, and depends more on science and energy to determine your unique design.

We also discuss how our businesses have their own designs (it’s true!), why we don’t have to make our business mean anything about us, and we’re giving you permission to let go of the belief that what you create in your business always has to align with you as a human.

We all face conflict at some point in our lives. It can bring up a lot of dark emotions, but it can actually be a stabilizing and connecting force with the right suite of communication tools that can create a space of safety for both sides. James Fish Gill is a heart coach who teaches those communication tools. He transforms conflict into understanding, and helps us all find safety in an unsafe world. This episode is way more than just conflict resolution though - it’s about creating a safe space in a world that is unsafe, finding our humanness, and connecting with each other on a much deeper level.

Manifestation has become such a buzzword and has even gone mainstream, but manifesting is so much more than thinking about something once and waiting for it to happen. Katie Jones is a Womanifester, or Manifestation Expert (among many of her titles!), who works with women in groups or one-on-one to help them manifest their desires with grace and ease.
