So often we're told not to sound cocky - for fear of being seen as arrogant, or not humble. But doesn't that mess with us after a while?
What if we practiced being confident out loud...not after we'd already done something perfectly...but before we were sure we could do it? :)

The concept of **playing big** can sometimes feel really scary and out of reach. Like it's only available for celebrities or people seeking fame. IT'S NOT. It can literally just mean NOT playing small any more. Not letting yourself, others, or even your past life hold you back. What if you had no agenda other than to just untether yourself from what holds you back? See what possibilities can occur? No destination in mind. Just knowing you're no longer available for being held back. YOU GOT THIS!

Today you're in for something different. A quick riff, a quick little reminder about what self love is really doing in our lives. We get so caught up in what we think self love is and what's it's for, that we lose sight of what it's doing for us at a very, base line. Enjoy and come back to this on days when it all feels a little silly. It's okay. XO, Rose Up

Taking breaks from self help can be a good thing. You can still grow without pushing, forcing, and exhausting yourself with inner work. Sometimes the answer is that you need support. Other times the answer is that you need a break. You're allowed to take time to integrate what you've learned. To go out and "skin you knees." Don't follow what's not working. Take a beat. Reassess.
SUPPORT SQUAD...ASSEMBLE!!! All great women have an amazing team behind them. Who do you need in your corner? Instead of waiting to receive, you can feel empowered in knowing that the team you need is ready to be put together. Emotional support? Find a group, coach, or therapist. Interest and hobby? There's a group or friend for that. Need help at work? Find a colleague who wants to chat and up level together. You're the main character in your own story, and you deserve a team to take you further. Onward & upwards!
