After a shaky start, the ASX 200 index came home strongly to close up 0.4% on positivity around Joe Biden's planned announcement tonight on his economic stimulus package. It was tech's day with the sector up 4.7% and Afterpay up 9.1% after an upgrade by Morgan Stanley.
