This is more of a story time. Today I decided to post this episode it is August 20th and I was approved for a new car. My transmission went out on my Ford 2 weeks prior and I had a wedding cake due 2 weeks after the incident!! Some clients may not realize that after the cake leaves the shop or the cake maker's hands it's their responsibility to ensure that their cake stays delicious and presentable. Frozen cakes make it easier to ice and decorate your cakes before they are placed in the hands of the customer.
