After Dinner

I wanted to do a part two with my good co-host D'Angelo!! I wanted to talk a little bit about his 2020 and what he was looking forward to in the year of 2021!! There is a lot of laughter in this episode but it's better to laugh than to cry and we had such a good time catching up with each other and talking about business and making future plans!! In this episode I added chocolate chips to my pecan pie!! I always thought that the chocolate pecan pies were considered as a "Georgia pecan pie" but I did a little research and found out chocolate chips and a pecan pie is just nothing but a chocolate pecan pie 🤦🤦!! In this episode we are just talking about our past Thanksgiving experience and a bit of other things!! This episode is Not FOR CHILDREN!!! We are just two people having a conversation while having dinner!! I did something light in this episode. I cook scallops with spinach and I prepared a side of collard greens. I season the scallops and the spinach with a little salt and pepper and sauteed it in some butter. We also talk about a lot of alcohol usage and I highly encourage people to not drink heavy and also do not drink and drive!! Please drink in moderation and stay safe in one place!!

In this episode I share my sweet potatoes pie with my baby 😍! He gives me his honest opinion about how he feels about my sweet potato pie and I tell him the steps that I took to perfect it!! We finally did it!!!! We finally did the second version of the keto cheesecake!! Now I must admit, I couldn't remember the name of the keto sugar that we used in this particular cheesecake but I will definitely make sure I look it up and we will have the name for you in the next episode, bourbon sweet potato pie!! We have a life outside of our career and we don't want to put our significant other on the back burner. I'm just starting my relationship journey and I'm loving it but I don't want to lose myself in my career or my relationship. Soo I want to be balanced.
