Ralph DeQuebec is a Marine Veteran and Paralympic Gold Medalist for Team USA Ice Hockey. During combat, Ralph suffered critical injuries from an IED blast and lost both of his legs. Ralph was awarded a Purple Heart and is now the Captain of Colorado Warrior Avalanche and training for the 2022 Paralympic Games in Beijing. Ralph co-founded “We Are All One Story” to inspire others in overcoming life's adversities.

Jose Lugo, former LA gang member, joins Bridget to share his story. While in prison, Jose made a promise to never go back to gang related activities. Unfortunately, he was arrested again for a DUI and struggled with suicidal thoughts. After spending time locked up, he realized that his life had purpose, leading him to use his story to inspire others and provide aid to those in need. His memoir, Love, Faith and Violence: A True Song and Story, is set to release in November.
