A package is sent to Brian Jompkins to aid him in his spirit for vengeance against Dr. Jason Orszt. Attorney Lice Steaman has other ideas when he learns of it and negotiates to acquire the package from the mysterious courier.

Brian Jompkins has suffered terribly after the car accident he caused. Now, Dr. Crestfall and Lice Steaman want to help him ruin Dr. Orszt's life.

After Brian was picked up by Officer Stims, he was delivered to St. Claire's Hospital where they attempt to fix his leg. New characters join the story, and new, painful struggles ensue.
